I'm AnnLee

LMHC & Founder of THERAPY For HER

I am a mom, friend, daughter, and a work in

progress.  I believe every person has a unique story to tell, and it is through sharing these stories in safe places that healing can occur.
 

I prioritize forming a deep, trusting connection with every client, which fosters a safe and nurturing environment allowing clients to dive deep within themselves to access their strengths.  I founded THERAPY For HER to help women work through internal obstacles that hold them back from their full potential.

How to get started 

Sign Up for a 15-Minute Introductory Call:

 

Kickstart your journey by arranging a brief introductory call. Use this time to introduce yourself, discuss what you're looking for in therapy, and get a feel for how we can work together. It's a no-pressure way to see if our practice is the right fit for you.

Schedule Your Therapy Appointment:

 

After our initial chat, we'll guide you through booking your first full therapy session. We'll find a time that suits your schedule and set everything up, so all you need to do is show up ready to start your journey. Your chosen appointment will be a significant step towards personal growth and well-being.

Fill Out the Necessary Paperwork:

 

Before your first visit, we'll send over some essential paperwork for you to complete. This includes some background information and what you aim to achieve through therapy, which helps us tailor our sessions to your needs. Completing this paperwork is an important part of ensuring you get the most out of your therapy experience.
